Our YouTube channel name has changed from Inheritance Unboxing to Family Unboxing. The video gave a short notice, but for an operator the decision to change a channel name carries more weight than it appears. Why We Changed It: Family Issues That Did Not Fit Within Inheritance
The friction we kept running into as we operated the channel was as follows.

- In actual practice, inheritance and divorce are often entangled within a single case
- The name Inheritance Unboxing made the channel actual scope look narrower than it is
Family-law cases generally do not end with a single issue. Within one family, divorce, property division, child custody, inheritance, and the legal portion often surface in sequence over time. We therefore decided we needed a vessel that covered family law as a whole, not the single keyword inheritance.
